About Cornerstone Franciscan Ministries
Faith in action, rooted in service.
Cornerstone Franciscan Ministries was established in 2022, building on the legacy of Neighbor-to-Neighbor—a family-focused ministry founded in 2009 by a coalition of churches and community leaders. With early support from St. Francis Parish and Community Center, our work began with the belief that ministry should meet people where they are.
From those beginnings, we’ve continued to provide trusted, hands-on support for real human needs. Over time, we recognized that financial wellness is also an essential part of care. This broader focus has allowed us to expand our ministries to support faith-based communities and their work in the world.
We support ministries that are practical, personal, and spiritually grounded—designed to meet real needs with dignity and care. Ministries that walk alongside families navigating uncertainty. Ministries that help churches lead with clarity. Ministries that live out faith through everyday service.
Today, Cornerstone exists to sustain that work and nurture what comes next.
